• Work closely with lead Corporate Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Proactive in developing and securing staffing contracts within the power industry
• Recruit, interview, and place professional contractors in Nuclear plants including negotiating hourly pay scales/ salary, per diem, bonus, mobilization and de-mobilization

• Skilled in Resume Sourcing, Screening, Interview coordination & Documentation process.
• Screening the Candidates and managing the whole Recruitment Cycle.
• Maintaining Data-Base.
• Coordinating with clients and Candidates.
• To Achieve the Target set by the company, weekly reporting and weekly meeting with the Clients.
• Generate references through current data base.
