Following the financial crash in the UK in 2008 I purchased 100% of the shares in WellingtonWise Estate Agents. At this time I also established a lettings business to add strength to the existing business and to diversify into a rapidly expanding lettings market. WellingtonWise was one of the first agents in the region to recognise the need for this diversification; after a 12 month period all local estate agents had opened a lettings division.WellingtonWise Lettings Agents can assist with an introduction only service, or a comprehensive full property management service. We have a team of dedicated lettings specialists that have in-depth industry and local market knowledge, many of whom are experienced landlords themselves. WellingtonWise Lettings currently operates in the towns of Hitchin, St Ives and Royston and their surrounding villages. Plans are in place for a rapid expansion in 2016 into many of the towns in the Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire region.
