My career in property began in 2001, after graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University (now Leeds Beckett).My first role, as a junior sales negotiator, for a nationwide estate agency, confirmed my desire to work in this industry and in 2005 I co-founded WellingtonWise Estate Agents - became sole owner in 2008 and exited part of the business in 2019.I am now owner and managing director of Ensum Brown, a market leading estate agency based in Ware, Hertfordshire.
