I joined National Financial Partners (NFP) in January of 2021 though an acquisition of the Schuster Group. I joined the brokerage in 2013 to streamline and grow the agencies Employee Benefit division’s risk analysis and financial management disciplines. A majority of my work is focused on servicing employers with regards to cost containment and planning strategies using data specific evidence. My experience in alternate funding and captive arrangements has helped employers manage healthcare costs more effectively.In addition to consultative work in the field, I also oversee NFP's Corporate Benefits Division for CT. I have served as a member of advisory councils for Anthem, ConnectiCare, Harvard Pilgrim, and Roundstone Insurance. I have over 18 years of insurance experience in the areas of Contracts, Implementation, Underwriting, Product Development, Funding Strategies, Risk, and Management. Prior to joining NFP, I worked for The Schuster Group, Cigna, and Aetna, respectively, over an 18 year period of time.
