 Diagnose and identify the key issues in the Graphite container terminal; Propose and develop measures to mitigate the issues encountered (these Container Yard stacking safely as well as stacking based on Sales order, etc); Supervise and guarantee deliver of empty containers daily planned for staffing of bagged Graphite at warehouse; Supervise removal of Full containers after stuffing from the warehouse and stack in the Container Yard based on the Sale Order; Guarantee gate out of the minimum daily containers from the Graphite terminal to the Port Container terminal for export, based on the vessel, voyage, etc; Control fuel consumption for the handling equipment (Reach stackers, Top loaders and forklifts) as well as assess the efficiency; Participate in Daily meeting to report the activities accomplished in the previous day and update the activities for the present day, focusing on the constrains, reasons and proposal of solutions for the issues.
