I hold the position of Head of Training and Capacity Building at the Orphan Care Union, a non-governmental humanitarian charity officially registered in Turkey. Our work centers on supporting humanitarian charitable work and connecting organizations to enhance their capabilities, enabling them to provide better services and care for orphans.With my expertise in human resources management and training, I focus on developing advanced training programs aimed at improving the efficiency of workers in the orphan care sector, achieving excellence in performance, and providing creative services that contribute to the healthy upbringing of orphans. We strive to create a leading humanitarian model that ensures a safe environment and improves the reality of orphan lives. We work to mobilize energies to advocate for orphan issues and enhance community responsibility towards them.
