With over 11 years of work experience in the IT industry, I am a datacenter technician with a passion for delivering reliable, secure, and scalable solutions for Microsoft and its clients. I have a CCNA certification and a diploma and a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities of working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with diverse and talented teams across the globe.As a datacenter technician at Microsoft, I am responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the hardware, software, and network components of the datacenter infrastructure. I also perform asset tracking, inventory management, and documentation of the datacenter operations. Some of the skills that I use on a daily basis include RAID, SSD, Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Azure. I have successfully completed multiple projects involving datacenter migration, expansion, and optimization, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the datacenter services.
