I contributed significantly to Zomato's ambitious expansion efforts by launching operations in key emerging cities across Andhra Pradesh. Specifically, I took full ownership of establishing Zomato’s presence in Rajahmundry, Tanuku, Bhimavaram & Tadepalligudem starting from scratch and laying the foundation for long-term growth. This involved identifying market opportunities, onboarding key restaurant partners, and ensuring sustained business success for both Zomato and the restaurants.In addition to my role in Zomato’s business expansion, I took on Scrum Master responsibilities to ensure the smooth execution of various projects. My work involved leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with Product Owners, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within teams. Through Scrum practices, I enabled teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time and with minimal risks, helping meet business objectives efficiently.My journey with Zomato’s expansion projects and Scrum implementation efforts has equipped me with a comprehensive skill set that balances business development, project coordination, and client management.
