With over 30 years of work experience in the financial services industry, I am a seasoned and strategic leader with a passion for delivering innovative and impactful solutions for my clients. As the Managing Partner of the Financial Services Practice at Thrive, a global service and advisory firm, I leverage my extensive expertise in equity trading, capital markets, and equities to help my clients navigate complex and dynamic challenges and opportunities. I am driven by the mission of Thrive to empower organizations to thrive in the digital age, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with leading hedge funds, private equity, and technology providers across the US, Europe, and Asia.Prior to joining Thrive in June 2022, I was the Managing Partner and CEO of Edge Technology Group, a world-class technology provider for leading hedge funds around the world. I led the growth and expansion of Edge from a start-up to a global leader, serving over 500 clients from eight Edge data centers. I was responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of Edge's services, including managed services for public and private cloud solutions and on-premise platforms. I also built and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and investors, and fostered a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation among the world class team at Edge. Prior to Edge, I held executive roles at Amaranth, Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, and Daiwa Securities.
