Nektarios was born in Athens in 1977 and married to Vaso, with whom he has two children John and Elina.He has been active in the pharmacy field for over 18 years. He started his career in 2004 as a Sales Consultant; later on, he became a Sales & Commercial Director in commercial companies. From 2017 to December 2022 he was a member of the Advance Pharmacies Network as a Consultant and Head of Network Training.From 2018 till today he has been collaborating with IST College as a lecturer in influencing, communication, and personal development. He has been teaching the Communication Skills Course. In October 2019, the Managing Director of IST College assigned him to lead an innovative program - Personal Growth & Sustainability - to empower college students, aiming to help them change their perspective on things, believe in themselves, learn to communicate better, and – above all – understand they can make their own dreams come true. The program has been thriving since most of its students, up to 95%, admitted they have discovered aspects of themselves they did not know existed. Earlier in the same year, in March 2019, he got certified by the JMT (John Maxwell Team) as a Speaker Trainer & Coach. JMT is a global group of elite professionals, with over 100,000 certified Coaches, Trainers & Speakers in 120 countries, specializing in influencing and leadership. This exceptional team is trained by John Maxwell himself and his top colleagues. Its members are the only ones licensed to teach the top Leadership Expert material. It is worth mentioning that only two people have received this distinction in Greece. In April 2021 he founded ZN Solutions, a Business Consulting company specializing in training. In October 2022, at the Greek Festival held in Rhodes by the Victorious Network, ZN Solutions was awarded as an innovative training company.Furthermore, he is a Speaker at Pharmaceutical Conferences, a columnist in Health Magazines and Business Sites (Pharmacymanagement & epixeiro. gr), and a trainer at in-house-seminars of large enterprises, such as Vardas, Bread Factory, Humana, Pharmex, Natura Pharm, Laser4Myopia, Yalco, etc. He specializes in influencing, communication, goal achievement, personal development, sales techniques, customer service, and team spirit. Communicability, structure, and focus on the goal & result are the elements that characterize his training, recognized – by common confession – by his respective audience.
