As a project manager at IPoP I lead the LIFE IP Care4Climate project (2019–2026), which integrates national campaigns promoting sustainable mobility and reducing car reliance for short trips under 5 km. Grounded in eight years of qualitative panel research exploring Why Slovenians travel the way they do, my work combines data-driven insights with public engagement to foster lasting behavioral change.Key accomplishments within the project include:- National Bike to Work campaigns, fostering a cycling culture across Slovenia (www.polnizagona.si)- Open Street campaigns, reclaiming public spaces for people, not cars in Škofja Loka, Postojna, Velenje- Transforming traffic regulations in school areas for improved safety and walkability, with permanent implementations in Medvode, Most na Soči and Nova Gorica.- National Less than two video campaign - three seasons of videos- Developing communication strategies for municipalities implementing restrictive car measures (ex. Introducing biggest Slovenian 30 km/h zone in Trbovlje)- Launching the national video campaign Less than two (Manj kot dva), with three seasons of videos raising awareness about Slovenians' reliance on cars for trips shorter than 2 km, which make up half of all daily car journeys. (ipop.si/manj-kot-dva/)I also mentor students and deliver lectures on sustainable mobility in Slovenia and internationally, sharing experiences at Hackatons, Summer schools, regular UNI lectures (University of Ljubljana, Technical University of Vienna), national events, etc.With extensive experience managing EU and national projects, I excel in project design, implementation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.Beyond project management, I serve as a representative for sustainable mobility in Slovenia's Council for Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection and the Minister's Advisory Council for NGOs on Natural Resources, Environment, Climate, and Energy.

Golovec Trails is the largest mountain biking club in Slovenia, built on a strong community of bikers and local residents in Ljubljana. Since its inception in 2017, I have been involved in administrative tasks, project applications, managing social media and the website, writing content, and organizing events, including competitions and advocacy activities.As a certified mountain biking coach and guide for three years, I focus on women-specific initiatives. I lead weekly women’s rides, employing tailored approaches to empower female riders while also conducting beginner courses and working with children through training and summer camps.
