I love supporting organisations with their customer experience ambitions and with their people management needs. I’m a very passionate person, who needs challenges, who creates opportunities to build new solutions and to build relationships. I am passionate about customers (and about people) and I love (re) building. Some successes, of which I’m really proud, are the change towards a Customer Focused Culture, the corporate wide rollout of a new telephony system, being named best practice by Forrester in one of their Voice of the Customer studies, winning the Customer Experience Award, implementation of a Voice of the Customer Program (NPS), … And I’m ready to gather more of these. It might be interesting to know that I’m a very open person, eager to learn (and a quick learner) but also eager to share my knowledge & insights. I love working in a fast moving context. Furthermore, I speak 4 languages and have very good communication skills. I am a strategic thinker and people praise me for my diplomacy and my good presentation skills.
