Employed as a designer at The Ministry of Taxation, I worked to develop smarter digital solutions that matched the context and (future) needs of Danish taxpayers. As a part of a minor innovation department that operated in small interdisciplinary teams, I had hands-on experience with agile development focusing on minimal viable products (MVP). It was my responsibility to ensure a user-centred project execution that included end-users point of view and relied on real-life problems

In Wonderful Copenhagen I had different areas of responsibility. First and foremost I worked with service innovation in a major service initiative, NICE, which is a strategic network-initiative to improve the level of service in the metropolitan region. Additionally, I was associated with the organization's major China-bet ‘Chinavia’, which is an initiative to make Scandinavia more China-ready. Here I contributed to the development processes and helped coordinate collaboration and knowledge sharing across the project's many stakeholders.

As a teaching assistant my task was to help students to understand concept development in practice. I introduced different ethnographic research methods and tools for idea generation, workshop facilitation, structuring of processes and data mining. In addition, I supervised students in their final exam project.

Podwalky is audio based city-guides in English and Chinese (mandarin), helping tourists to explore the local, hidden gems of Copenhagen. Tasks included concept development, strategy and business plan, contact to translators and partners, development of prototype and testing.

OPEN Copenhagen was Copenhagen’s former official city brand and was the first open-source citybrand in the world. My responsibilities included managing several marketing campaigns, correspondence with stakeholders, participating in conferences, assisting in developing a business strategy, managing the Director's schedule and other ad hoc assignments. One of my many projects was developing the social media strategy for the brand’s Facebook page which reached over 70,000 likes.From October 2013 until the brand was finally closed down January 1st 2014 I was appointed responsible of closing down the city brand.

CopCademy is a one-year talent program at Copenhagen Capacity, offering competence development in analysis, business development, marketing and project management. Next to the program elements I functioned as a community manager for a Youth Ambassador Corps and was responsible for the development of a sub-website and intranet. Further I assisted in the development of a digital toolbox to attract international talents.

Social Semantic is an independent organization that works to continually improve Danish companies and organizations in their use of social media. During a conference on 'Networked Business and Mobile' I assisted in creating a practical ‘how to-guide’ for Danish companies and organizations.

TravelpoolEurope (TPE) is a non-profit shared service centre for business travellers, owned by its members. I was responsible for external communications and the organization's website and intranet. I developed the strategy for a new Intranet and carried out the implementation. In addition I had simple graphic tasks and did quality surveys and extended analyses for improvement.

As a teaching assistant my job was to help students convert theory into a practical understanding by composing relevant exercises and supervision.

In collaboration with two co-students I developed a webpage to an urban radio project, GHETTOBLASTER - an initiative of the Danish Refugee Council. We did a profound ethnographic study in the North West Block in Copenhagen and handled all the tasks involved in designing a webpage; from target group analysis, design, coding and implementing into CMS (Wordpress).

At VisitDenmark I was assisting the Press and PR manager in coordinating press trips to Denmark, general press contact with American journalists, writing newsletters and organizing press events. Further I was co-responsible for creating and maintaining the market’s social media platform (facebook and tripadvisor).
