▪ Work closely with Strategic Buyers team to support ongoing activities and identify areas of improvement;▪ Supporting negotiation process with pre-defined suppliers via Ariba tool, prepare request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP), preparing Event Final Report for Strategic Buyer; ▪ Taking part of the process of approving supplier (Vendor approval process) in order to receive information about supplier's capabilities, willingness and commitment to comply with business requirements of Nestle;▪ Follow up with suppliers on outstanding Responsible Supplier Audits confirmation dates and information, Supplier Audit tracking;▪ Follow up Certificates of Insurance via direct communication with suppliers; ▪ Ensure compliance with Nestle Supplier Code, Supplier Audits and standard procurement practices.
