Please try and get to know more about me with this little excerpt:I have quite the diverse background with experience from being a military brat, being in the military myself as a vehicle mechanic, running a warehouse for a diesel company, aviation mechanics, personal training, sales, and nutrition consulting and coaching. As wild as that is, one thing that has remained consistent is how I interact with and inspire the people around me. My passion is helping people overcome obstacles, whether physical or mental, and I’m damn good at it. I even run an guild online, for over four years now, which is a community of people from all over the world and we have events and activities, team and leadership development, and positive mental health exercises. I’ve studied Scrum and Agile principles for the last several years while earning my Masters of the Arts in Global Management, and let me tell you something, Management IS an art. People cannot be deciphered in a standardized book of rules and guidelines, they must be treated as the individuals they are and only then, through understanding, can you create a team.As a highly emotionally intuitive person with so much empathy and compassion, I find that I can work with people of all backgrounds and histories and help to guide them on their own journeys of life. It makes me happy to see the light come back on in peoples’ eyes when it has been dim for too long. My passion revolves around continuous growth and evolution within ourselves and in our communities; personally and professionally.
