Senior professional who has been working for over twenty years in the educational area, interfacing with the areas of knowledge management, monitoring and measuring social media, society 5.0, phygital transformation, and disruptive technologies. She has worked both in the private sector and in public management. Her postgraduate [master's and doctorate] was carried out at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo with an emphasis on new technologies. A highlight of the works produced is in communities of practice, in the management of online contexts, in disruptive technologies and in transform(active) methodologies. She participated in research groups with the theme of technology at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and in workshops that associated the language, education, and technology at FASB - Faculdade São Bernardo do Campo. In the professional trajectory are basic education, higher education, course evaluation and advisory in public policies. She was an interlocutor in the implementation of public policies in the educational area. She worked as a representative member of the group indigenous people in education, of the roadway safety group, of the youth and elderly councils, and of the technology group. The institutional program implemented about online education won many awards at the Learning & Performance Brazil Congress in several years. She was invited to present papers about metaverse and gamification at international events. She was a columnist on blogs with the themes of entrepreneurship and startups. She was a mentor at the Experience InovAtiva event, edition 2023 / 2024. She is an assistant professor at FASB - Faculdade São Bernardo do Campo - in the Business Administration course. She has worked as assessor, evaluator, reviewer in national and international journals, producer of postgraduate content, consultant, and technical consultant. She has published in the areas of higher education, communities of practice, disruptive technologies such as the metaverse, transform(active) methodologies, and gamification. She is a member of scientific committees and editorial boards.
