I manage the Tech Department responsible for all IT Services needed by the business, managing all the IT Systems hosting our Products, Internal Systems, managing Suppliers and ISP's, and maintains IT services for 10 offices and 1 Data Centre. We also maintain a Disaster Recovery site to ensure the business can continue to operate in extreme Disaster situations.As a Technology company, we are always striving for excellence in IT Service delivery. As a team, we provide end to end IT Support, System Management, Secure, Fast and Reliable Networks. We are also tasked with delivering new Projects according to Business Requirements. I am ultimately responsible for the team's performance, and really enjoy the challenges.
