I lead and manage 6 or more concurrent capital projects/programs annually, and orchestrate everything from the inception of the project, to aligning resources, to planning activities, to monitoring and controlling, to final implementation. I also Indirectly manage up to 90 project team members and contractors, lead cross-functional alignments, and provide clarity of focus and drive commitments with partners, stakeholders, end users, vendors, contractors, and company executives. Ensure adherence to quality standards. ➥Successfully executed company’s first EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) project in the Louisiana area by constructing 3 gasoline tanks for additional storage and blending capacity of 700,000 barrels at the local facility. Completed the project at 10% below budget with a post ROI of 35%.➥Safeguarded company reputation and secured savings. Salvaged a troubled project with excessive expenditures which had lingered for 7 years. Completed the project on budget and on schedule within 14 months, and effectively addressed and eliminated external regulatory violation letters.➥Successfully led the project team to submit a grant application for FAA's Fueling Aviation's Sustainable Transition Grant Program for sustainable aviation fuel within a compressed schedule (two months). The grant award will generate a 75% reduction in capital spending for the proposed project scope.➥ Leverage project/program management methodology and knowledge base for continuously strengthening tools and processes (customized RACI chart, risk management plan, contractor dispute escalation process, document approval workflow) to increase the productivity and effectiveness.
