I am a 200hr RYT able to undertake cover work, private clients and regular classes. Based in Shepperton, I can travel in and around the greater London and Surrey areas. I pride myself in being reliable, professional and dedicated to building trusting relationships with students and businesses.I have also completed a 100hr Children’s Yoga teacher training certificate for ages 2-17. I am advanced DBS checked and will be teaching in schools from September 2023.I mainly teach Hatha and Dynamic Vinyasa with a strong focus on wellbeing but I also have experience teaching Pilates and other disciplines. I feel I have my own unique style that reflects my respect for the practice and traditions of this ancient and beautiful system and I strive to communicate this in all my classes.
