Essential Job Functions, Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct regular record reviews of all contracts/leases to ensure up to date and all due diligence was being executed. Prepare Clients and contracts for closing.Provides oversight and audit of all associates, licensed real estate salespersons and Brokers to ensure conduct is in accordance with Company policies and local state and federal laws.Knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate with emphasis on commercial property management, commercial, developmental, and income property sales. Comply with State and Federal Fair Housing Laws, regulations enforced by Department of regulation & Licensing. Ensure all licensed agents fulfill training and continuing education requirementsAudit records on a regular basis and prepare reports to document audit resultsMember of National Association of Realtors, Association of Realtors of South East Wisconsin, Wisconsin Realtors Association, Southeast Wisconsin MLS
