Providing speech-language therapy services to school-aged children in the school setting.

•Administer screening/evaluation tools to preschool- and school-aged children and complete evaluation reports in a timely manner •Develop and review client treatment plans, including current levels of performance, individualized goals, and progress notes •Plan and lead individual therapy sessions to address client's individualized goals •Document individual client progress through data collection and daily SOAP notes •Conduct parent meetings to discuss client’s plan of care/treatment plan as well as provide parents/caregivers with verbal/written education on communication disorders •Generate creative scheduling solutions to sustain highest level of productivity •Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times •Mentor and provide supervision to a clinical fellow in speech-language pathology •Assist in managing speech-language pathologists (SLP) and speech-language pathology assistants as lead SLP •Collaborate with peers in monthly team development meetings •Create and manage business website and social media outlets •Aid in the hiring process by conducting interviews with potential employees •Develop documents and lead training for new employees on HIPAA policies and business policies and procedures •Design advertisements and flyers for business marketing, growth, and development •Complete continuing education courses to improve clinical skills and knowledge

Administered evaluations including PLS-4, CLQT, and WAB to a range of ages and cultural and linguistic backgrounds in the outpatient rehabilitation setting. Provided cognitive-linguistic therapy to adults with speech and language deficits secondary to TBI, CVA, aphasia, apraxia, and various neurological disorders. Performed clinical bedside swallowing evaluations, modified barium swallow studies, and provided swallowing treatment to adults. Completed daily notes and evaluation reports using Siemens Sorian program.

Administered screening and evaluation tools to preschool-aged children including PLS-5, CAAP, and PLS-5 Screener in the daycare, clinic, and preschool setting. Provided skilled one to one therapy and counseled children with language, phonological, articulation, and fluency disorders. Completed daily paperwork and evaluation reports.
