I have graduated as Master of Engineering from Metropolia UAS on December 2016. My Masters thesis is about Developing a Practical Tool to Help Small and Medium Sized B2B Enterprises Choose a Suitable CRM System (link to it: http://www.theseus.fi/handle/10024/119589). My line of study was Business Informatics. As Bachelor of Engineering my line of study was ICT and I have graduated from Metropolia UAS at 2010. Both studies I have executed in addition to the work.I worked at Telia Company almost 7 years as a Product owner / System Manager for our BPM tool and also with integration tools. I was responsible also about incident management in our Integration Delivery team and working also with QlikSense reporting and Webropol customer surveys. I was also responsible about vendor management and purchases of the whole team.On my previoius job at SOK IT Services / Customer Relations I have worked as system specialist and as IT project manager regarding to systems that were on my responsibility. On my responsibility was on several years Business Objects -reporting system, on which I have done everything from specifications to finished reports and I was also responsible about the integrations to other systems also. I took part to project, where we migrated all the reports from BO to Cognos.I have also had several years of responsibility of SOK's email marketing systems and as we had a project where we changed the system (from Alterian Dynamic Messenger to IBM Unica Campaign eMessage), I was as an IT project manager on the project. Other bigger project, where I have been as IT project manager, was when we changed SOK's web-survey tool Digium to tool Arcusys Aitiopaikka, which is tailored to SOK's use.I am quick learner and keen on new opprtunities.
