Since 1989, TPAC has proactively met the challenges of ensuring the provision of holistic health and social services to those in need, and secured the resources necessary to support those services. In addition to direct health services, we provide local, regional and international (d.b.a. World Health Care Infrastructures) leadership training, capacity building, technical assistance, and program coordination to community-based service organizations. TPAC is a leader in certification trainings for:- HIV/HEP C and STI’s counselors and the use of multiple rapid testing diagnostics- Language interpretationTPAC's programs have impacted communities in Philadelphia, other counties and all over the world. Our work is inspired by the community and people's needs. We use a combination of health interventions, along with custom built tools. Our projects are unique and effective. We aim to build crucial bridges with national and international organizations. Our programs are customized to each community to cater for different needs, expected time frames and preferred schedules. ​

The Victory Campaign Board is a national group of community leaders who are actively engaged in helping to elect more openly LGBTQ voices to public office. Elected by their peers to renewable two-year terms, VCB members promote the work of Victory Fund, help recruit qualified openly LGBTQ candidates to run for office, endorse Victory Fund’s candidates, and provide the financial resources to help them win.Members of the VCB:▪ Endorse Candidates: VCB members vote to approve all candidates endorsed by Victory Fund.▪ Identify Political Talent: As Victory Fund’s eyes and ears in their communities, VCB members help identify qualified openly LGBTQ individuals to run for public office.▪ Promote Victory Fund’s Mission: VCB members act as Victory Fund’s ambassadors in their communities and engage others in the organization’s political and fundraising work.▪ Raise Critical Funds: The VCB is the engine behind Victory Fund’s political success. VCB members raise crucial campaign funds that help Victory Fund’s candidates win races across the country.

▪ Advise and educate government officials, elected representatives, political candidates, legal practitioners, prosecutors, law enforcement personnel, government institutions, corporations, and stakeholders across the public and private sectors on matters related to gender-based violence, human and civil rights, the rights of transgender people, the criminal justice system, discrimination, and matters impacting historically and systematically marginalized people and groups. ▪ Provide trainings and resources to government officials, departments, and agencies on effectively serving and protecting historically marginalized populations.▪ Assist and coordinate prosecutors and law enforcement with investigations, focusing on cases involving gender-based victims of crime, organize multiple government agencies and victim support services, engage stakeholders for visibility and support, work to ensure that media is accurate and respectful.▪ Facilitate and coordinate trauma-informed, client-centered representation and services among multiple legal professionals and national nonprofit organizations.▪ Provide pro bono assistance to transgender people and immigrants navigating government institutions and systems.▪ Appointed by First Judicial District judges to represent criminally accused individuals in all phases of trial preparation and litigation.▪ Served as appointed fifth amendment counsel to clients called to testify or be interviewed by law enforcement.

Our mission is to eradicate human trafficking by collaborating across industries, agencies, and service providers to create ground-breaking, data-driven approaches that work. By encouraging the existing human trafficking community and other stakeholders to think in new and innovative ways, we can address, disrupt and put an end to all forms of trafficking. We work closely with government agencies to shift systems and improve public policy to ensure as a community we support survivors while stopping traffickers.

Member of PHL Diversity's Advisory Board.PHLDiversity, formerly the Philadelphia Multicultural Affairs Congress (MAC), was founded in 1987 as a division of the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau to help attract more multicultural visitors to the city. Now, PHLDiversity continues to work to increase Philadelphia's share of the multicultural meetings and tourism markets.PHLDiversity maximizes opportunities for the region by promoting Philadelphia as an ethnically diverse visitor destination. By encouraging multicultural business and social responsibility, PHLDiversity helps the city's varying multicultural communities benefit from the hospitality and tourism industries. PHLDiversity maintains an ethnically diverse membership that represent an array of Philadelphia's corporate, government and social communities.PHLDiversity has worked with key industry figures to help increase the presence of multicultural leaders in the industry. Events like its annual Hospitality Education Day help high school and adult students receive training and information direct from people working in the hospitality industry. Annual Seminars provide information on multicultural marketing and help create business opportunities for PHLDiversity members. PHLDiversity also supports community organizations and networking events that highlight partnerships, membership initiatives and educational programs.

Assist students with trial skills development including the preparation of opening and closing statements, direct and cross-examination of witnesses and the creation and introduction of trial exhibits for participation in nationally recognized trial competitions.
