• Recruiting, hiring, training, managing, and retaining recruiters for direct hire staffing and contract placement • Streamlining internal recruiting processes including posting of ads, managing candidate flow upon completion of application and testing, and recording of daily activity• Coordinating and teaching mandatory training sessions for utilizing and implementing applicant tracking system• Tracking and reporting of recruiter’s activity summary on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis utilizing Crystal reports• Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly production reports• Coordinating and troubleshooting software issues with vendors • Assisting the President with restructuring of job functions, responsibilities and compensation plans for Account Managers and Recruiters• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients by devoting quality time to determine needs and expectations through routine sales calls, scheduled office visits, and serving as a host during lunch, or on guided tours through our facilities • Determining the needs of clients, and following requirements from the inception of the request through salary negotiations, offer, and placement• Evaluating employee skills and experience, and matching those to available positions by conducting phone and internal interviews, preparing and proofreading resumes and presenting employee profiles to clients• Coordinating interviews between employees and clients for clerical/administrative, non-degreed accounting, and legal contract and contract-to-hire positions• Preparing employees for interviews with potential employers • Marketing candidates to current and prospective clients• Negotiating fee structures• Interfacing with clients and employees to address inquiries and bring resolution while providing exceptional customer service• Verifying candidates’ employment, qualifications, and references
