In this role I managed a team of eight exceptional volunteers to stage the 2013 International Association of Facilitators conference in Adelaide. The conference was both a financial and professional development success, making a sound profit and receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from conference delegates.

In this role I supported the development of a whole-of-government workforce plan and capability framework for ICT in government, striving for true cross-agency collaboration and stakeholder engagement across multiple departments.
