Worked closely with industry leaders, government officials, and legislature to develop and implement high-impact programs to meet corporate goals and mandates. Managed a staff of eight that produced all advertising and promotional pieces and developed and executed high-visibility community relations programs for this progressive, member-owned utility cooperative with Satellite TV and Internet divisions. Spearheaded the 280% expansion of the DirecTV telecommunications segment and the #1 DirecTV retailer in the Sacramento market, one of the top 20 markets nationwide. Managed the business's sale in 2004, capturing $11 million in revenue proceeds while maintaining the DirecTV business segment.Established and built the cooperative's national award-winning GeoExchange Loop Lease Program, supporting the largest growth in tons of GeoExchange installed on the system per capita versus any utility nationwide.Graduated from the Management Internship Program, served as an officer of the Ground Source Heat Pump Consoriduim and President of the Council of Rural Electric Communicators.
