DIGITAL AND SOCIAL MEDIA. Start-up of the function, launching and developing a wide range of corporate media (social media, website, Intranet and special projects for various targets/stakeholders). Managing of digital strategy and digital campaigns; monitoring of online channels ► The Facebook and Twitter channels have been (from 2013 to 2016) a benchmark with the highest interaction and engagement values among competitors at European level• INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS: development of internal campaigns, competitions and awards for employees, Change management, Mergers and Acquisitions Comms, Events► In 2014 the Safety campaign was awarded with the "Assorel (Associazione Italiana Agenzie di Relazioni Pubbliche) Prize for lnternal Communication" • BRAND AND ADV: Conceiving, planning and managing integrated Campaigns (Print + Online), published in the main national newspapers and websites.• SPONSORSHIPS: launch and management of the so-called “Family Football” program, transforming a simple funding model for young soccer teams into a Sponsorship plan aimed to increase Brand visibility at a national and local level.

• DIGITAL: responsibile for online corporate media, web campaigns and online branding ► Building up of all digital media: Intranet for 10k employees and the new integrated system of external websites for both the holding company and Group’s subsidiaries. Project completed within 9 months with a saving of 70% in comparison to the previous system• Managing a number of initiatives of both INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (conventions, campaigns, newsletters, house organ) and EXTERNAL (sponsorships, events, media relations)
