Maria Nelly Da Silva Figueira “Nelly” has lived in many different cities around the U.S. and places in the world before finding her home in Miami 20 years ago. From residing and studying in places such as Texas, Boston, and Italy, to traveling for her development projects to Mexico, Turkey, Venezuela, and Brazil, Nelly has experienced the cultures of many different regions and countries, which has shaped her into a multilingual, multicultural real estate professional. Nelly got her start in real estate in Miami working for major developers and learning the business from the inside out. With years of experience in developer sales, Nelly was able to acquire the knowledge she needed to understand pricing and how to close deals on projects from large to small.
