I am a professional with over 25 years of experience in IT, certified in PMP, PSPO, ITIL, and SFC. I have strong knowledge in both traditional project management methodologies (Waterfall) as well as agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. I have leadership experience with teams of over 40 people in successful projects, and I have implemented the Scrum framework from scratch in one of the companies I worked for.My career began as a Cobol Programmer, and I was later promoted to Systems Analyst and Project Coordinator. For the past 10 years, I have been dedicated to Project Management in large multinational companies, serving clients across various sectors such as industry, government, finance, and insurance.I specialize in contract management, vendor negotiation, project feasibility analysis (ROI, TIR), and collaboration with the commercial area in prospecting new business opportunities, providing the necessary technical support.
