Prepare concentrated chai from scratch using large kettles for steeping tea, followed by the incorporation of additional ingredients.Efficiently produce several hundred bottles of chai daily, overseeing the bottling and cooling processes for subsequent packaging.Assist in the creation of loose leaf teas by mixing natural and artificial flavorings with organic ingredients in large drum mixers, allowing for proper drying before packaging and sorting.Maintain a rigorous cleaning and sanitization schedule, ensuring all kettles and machinery are cleaned thoroughly throughout the production process.Monitor and document ingredient lot codes, expiration dates, and quantities to uphold quality standards and ensure the integrity of the final product.
