Maintain individual student portfolios that include labeled work samples and narrative reports of the strengths and needs of each student. Interact with parents trough Home Visits, Parent Committee Meetings and Teacher Parent Conferences. Display student’s work inside and outside of the classroom to boost their self-esteem and keep them motivated.
