Current● Serve as main point-of-contact for 400+ undergraduate students providing holistic support to ensure fulfillment of degree requirements and personal well-being● Provide guidance regarding academic concerns, career resources, co-curricular activities, and resources necessary to add value to fulfill professional and personal goals● Maintain awareness of current trends and barriers impacting academic success, recruitment, retention, and career readiness● Coordinate the Summer Bridge Program for the College of Engineering● Supervise and mentor College of Engineering Tutoring Program, to foster an environment of collaboration and on-going academic excellence● Assist with development and implementation of First-Year Engineering Program● Assist reviewing funding proposals and budget allocations for College of Engineering Student Organizations of $803,000.00+● Assist coordination of College of Engineering scholarship process for approximately $2M● Serve on the Benton Scholarship Review Committee to recommend recipients of $5,000.00 award● Assist with evaluation of upper-division students to serve within the College of Engineering Peer Mentoring program● Assist with development of Summer Welcome and New Student Advising programs● Develop training guides/ resources to help drive advising efficiency and effectiveness● Develop collaborative relationships with campus partners to refer students to appropriate campus resources● Serve as department leadership in Director's absence
