• Maintain awareness of current trends and barriers impacting academic success, recruitment, retention, and career readiness
• Coordinate the Summer Bridge Program for the College of Engineering
• Supervise and mentor College of Engineering Tutoring Program, to foster an environment of collaboration and on-going academic excellence
• Assist with development and implementation of First-Year Engineering Program

• INTDSC 1001: Proseminar in Interdisciplinary Studies, Freshman Interest Group (FIG)--Mentored undergraduate student instructor, providing guidance on effective teaching strategies, classroom management, and student.
• SSC 1150: College Success Seminar--Facilitated course designed to integrate new students into the campus community, enhancing their academic and social success through tailored support and resource connection--Utilized.
