Manage and oversee approximately 230 litigation cases (€ 5M).- Analyze cases, assess legal risks, and qualify situations in accordance with applicable law.- Respond to requests from external counsel.- Review summons and motions, discuss the grounds presented, and propose additional arguments.- Represent the company in mediation and judicial conciliation proceedings.- Negotiate conciliation agreements and ensure their proper execution.Supervise the voluntary or forced enforcement of court judgments (approx. 50 cases – €1.3M).- Coordinate closely with the bailiffs in charge of enforcing court rulings.- Support bailiffs in overcoming challenges encountered during the enforcement process.Coordinate the monitoring of 200 insolvency proceedings (between €2M and €5M of O/S amounts).- Monitor financial and legal information of debtors (Bodacc, Infogreffe).- Plan the recovery of overdue receivables following the opening judgment.- Negotiate agreements with court-appointed administrators and judicial receivers.- Implement the court-ordered divestiture plans."- Provide legally substantiated responses to contested claims.Legal advisory.- Discuss legal risks in relation to cases handled by the department.- Adapt existing expertise to evolving statutory and case law developments.Digital transformation.- Using AI, develop semi-automated tools to streamline heavy and time-consuming tasks.- Create and update dashboards to monitor insolvency proceedings and external counsel cases.

To coach and to co-facilitate the collection team.- To transmit good practices in terms of customer follow-up to the 2 clerks.- To reinforce the efficiency of the team: analysis, legal and technical knowledge.- To ensure the quality of the information restituted in the activity monitoring tools. - To arbitrate the orders unlocking in the absence of the incumbent Credit Manager.In charge of credit collection and insolvency proceedings.- To audit the lawsuits in progress, studying the documents, listening to the team's opinion.- To make more efficient and rigorous collection actions with debtors. - To animate the monthly meeting of the service providers and to act the most efficient strategy.- To ensure the regular follow-up of the members in collective proceedings. To create tools and propose improvements to existing tools.- To build and monitor the shared balance according to the amount of the debt.- To transmit to the all Accounting Services the weekly evolution of the payment defaults.- To collaborate to the activity reporting's production.

- To Process enforceable titles (notification and enforcement).- To prepare the dossiers relating to over-indebtedness for sending to the "Banque de France".- To monitor debtors' respect of moratoriums.

- To handle a portfolio of bank claims (about 850 files). - To support other agents in their tasks ( 5 collaborators).- To follow the execution of the procedures of seizure of real estate, seizure of movables.

To collect an amicable portfolio of credits, individuals and professionals. - To handle a civil and commercial debt portfolio ( about 1500 dossiers).- To pursue by all ways: commitment reminders, payments tracking, formal notice.To manage the procedures of legal claims.- To draft and control subpoenas, to ensure that they are notified to the recipient of the writ.- To prepare applications for "injunction to pay", send them to the Court and notify them.To coordinate the civil enforcement procedure.- To prepare the writ of attachment, their denunciation to the debtor. - To arrange the acts in the dossiers.- To provide the information to the creditors. - To ensure the proper execution of the writs of expulsion for rental eviction or for illegal occupation of a place. - Assist the "bailiff" in the attachment of motorised land vehicles.
