• Receives documents thru ESAS, perform 3-Way matching, and ensures completeness of attachment prior processing.• Invoice data entry• Responsible for payment processing of vendors PO billings.• Prioritize invoices according to cash discounts and agreed payment terms.• Responsible in reconciling vendor billing issues, resolve discrepancy differences.• Recognize and reflect transaction taxes (e.g EWT, VAT, etc.) resulting from the payment.• Generates reports required by affiliate/s such as GRIR clearing.• Performs generation of RCP when necessary.• Respond to vendor queries, tracks payment status/check and release.

Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.• Control inventories of food, equipment, small ware, and liquor, and report shortages to designated personnel.• Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll.• Purchase or requisition supplies and equipment needed to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
