Basically manage 2 outlets for Bobbys, one is American cuisine, one is Asian fusion bistro, my duty is managing staff & organize operation to ensure all the standard well maintain & develops all kitchen crew prudential. Ensure all the costing are healthy exp (labour basket, food costing profit & wastage control) will managing well & under control. menu planing & promotion plan is also part of my duty as well.

• Setup Operation kitchen & Co-operate with Consultant to passed for AVA inspection & Prepared for ready to eat & Ready to Cook food production.• R & D for new product & establish new recipe for market launching.• Setup all document record system to ensure all products will under well monitor on production & ensure all products are able to recall & comply with ISO 22000.• Setup SOP for all operation & educate all kitchen crews are able to follow.• Ensure all raw materials received in well condition & process with right condition.• Qualities check for all raw materials & finish product.• Ensure all equipment maintenance schedule plan in progress.• Meet potential customer for discuss for OEM items & doing sales part for RTC & RTE product. • We already have 5 ready to eat & ready to cook products launching in supermarket like Giant, NTUC, Cold Storage & Isetan. These 5 products as below:➢ Cantonese Char Siew➢ Sesame Fragrant Chicken➢ Duck Confit➢ Pork Belly Confit➢ Country Style Beef Stew.• Product development & Support for Hotel, Restaurant & other food services felicity to resolve food standard & consistency & manpower shortage issue.
