Researched the data center market and its viability from an endowment and foundation investment perspective. Presented my findings to a panel of endowment managers from universities such as Columbia and Wesleyan, as well as a number of private foundations.Assisted in meetings and diligence processes for Richard Rainwater’s 1.3bn foundation.

Led a research and valuation process into a potential acquisition target in the international credit reference bureau market. Executed market and industry sizing analysis as well as building DCF and LBO models of the target company.Briefed executives ahead of conferences on the formation of the African Credit Rating Agency

Analyzed Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust, a liquidating real estate trust resulting from the bankruptcy of JCPenney, and evaluated Penny Intermediate Holdings, the attached retail business managed by JCPenney creditors Simon Properties and Brookfield. The valuation process consisted of pulling data from each of the entities monthly reports and building a DCF using the presented financial metrics.
