Completed Root Cause Failure Analysis for vulnerabilities on Megablocks (terminal blocks for Fieldbus instruments) and worked with vendor successfully in testing new product to be used as replacement. Made criticality assessment of all Megablocks and define replacement strategy for planned/unplanned outages. This significantly reduced the plant shutdowns caused by this equipment. 3. Led the RCFA with GE and I&C Technical Authority on spurious closures of XXVs(Emergency Shutdown Valves) upon completion of Partial Stroke Test that could result in plant shutdown.
