As part of the essential services, the company was able to run after the initial 17 days of strict lockdown; a full contingency policy was lead to fulfillment and after 3 months the operation was back to normal.• Implemented, together with Finance, a joint venture plan to ensure a reduction on working capital from USD 8.3M to USD 5.1M, which help the company to optimize the cash flow and release unnecessary stock on hand.• Implemented the new third party strategy for the company with the integration of 3 different product categories co-packers, which together with the projects team, successfully launched all the new portfolio expected by the company in 2020.• Led the audited team for the plant certification validation in the local modern channel regulation, called FSA (Food Safety Assessment) which guarantees the plant’s certification in food safety, prerequisite programs, good manufacturing practices, and basic HACCP principles having a 7% improvement in the outcome and reducing major findings than 4 to 0.

ALDOR AFRICA Pty (Ltd) 06/2016 – TO DATEALDOR AFRICA PLANT MANAGERAs PLANT MANAGER, focused on the development of processes with operational independence from the parent company, developing action plans with the local team to unify supply chain processes, from the approval of new raw materials to the delivery of finished products to the distribution center; responsible for the management of the entire area of operations in the Production, Quality, Maintenance and Industrial Safety processes.• Developed, together with the R&D team, the new third parties administrative model, clearly defining the roles of each of the operation areas in the search, approval and implementation of this new business model.• Coordinated the productive capacity analysis of the factory in South Africa resulting in an investment plan of approximately USD $ 1 Million with a return on productivity of 20% increase that would generate EBIDTA growth by 35% vs. 2016.

ALDOR AFRICA PRODUCTION HEADHead of the manufacturing area of the company's subsidiary in Johannesburg, South Africa, responsible for the management of the entire operations area (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Industrial Safety) focused on the operation’s sustainable growth, implementation of new certifications and adaptation of the plant to cover a growing market with annual sales of USD $ 40 million. In charge of a team of 3 operation heads and 4 supervisors; indirect, production plant with 260 operators.• Coordinated and led the operations team that carried out the implementation and certification of the plant in the local modern channel regulation, called FSA (Food Safety Assessment), which allows to expand the local markets and guarantees the plant’s certification in food safety, pre-requisite programs, good manufacturing practices and basic HACCP principles.•Part of the company's project team that installed the new lollypop production line (capacity expansion) where a 25% increase in capacity would be guaranteed to provide a better service to current demand. The installation of the line was carried out in 25 calendar days between adjustments and installations with zero dead time in the other current lines and with a gradual increase of production that in March stands at 9%.•Improved the production processes that allowed a productivity increase from 10.7 to 12.2 tons/line-day in 4 candy lines and in the hard candy line from 4.9 to 6.7 tons/day, generating a global production growth of 12%; a reduction of 15% per year in production waste and implementation of monthly production reports with a 95% in the plan’s budget compliance.•Implemented a system of restriction analysis and elimination in the area of packaging, guaranteeing a 13% use increase in the Hard Candy line.•Coordinated the implementation of a preventive maintenance planning system in the plant’s equipment, which covered 90% of the process equipment, improving availability by 30%.

COMESTIBLES ALDOR S.A.S. 04/2014 – 12/2014HARD CANDY PLANT HEADResponsible for the hard candy confectionery production plant in the position of Plant’s Head with direct report of 4 professionals, 4 technologists and 3 analysts, and a production team of approximately 360 collaborators.• Implemented a significant improvement in productivity levels, from 32.5 kg/HH in July to 34.7 kg/HH in October 2014, increasing the weighted average of the year to 33.6 kg/HH by means of continuous flow strategies in the production line’s high efficiency machines.• Improved plant waste rates (% SCRAP) during the management period, from 3.4% in July to an average of 3.1% in the semester, the equivalent of about 20 tons of product not being wasted.• Generated dynamic and flexible operation strategies according to the requirements of the market, to optimize factory expenses according to production volumes.

Responsible for a production shift in the plants in charge, POPETAS and PULPIFRUTA, in charge of controlling manufacturing metrics such as line efficiencies, waste rates and compliance levels of production programs. In charge of a team of 4 supervisors and 120 operators.• Participated in the transfer, assembly and start-up of the first brand among PULPIFRUTA’s productive centers, guaranteeing compliance with national regulation guidelines.• Part of the Multidisciplinary Team that developed and started the company’s new macro category, SNACKS, with the product POPETAS, supporting the process design from the production area, the plant’s layout and the labor necessary to guarantee the operation in compliance with the internal new products’ development parameters, achieving a 20% incremental efficiency increase in 1 month of production.• Participated with the R&D area in the improvement of the formulas for the product, guaranteeing human resources and training for the area operators for their adaptation to the organizational culture.
