Responsible for Planning area focused on production and direct sales demand (imported Finished Goods). Directly responsible for the Foundry and Machining factories integration focused on the Leadtime reduction from 25 to 15 days. Direct participation on the Pulled Production System implementation with the application of Kanban focused on the inventory reduction (WIP and Finished Goods). Implementation of Supplier Quality Evaluation System. Directly responsible of R$600k/year cost reduction in the Purchasing area setting up new contracts with local transportation services providers through a bid process. Direct participation of Lean Manufacturing implementation considering all factories of the group in Brazil working on the following activities: Kaizens direct in the Gemba. Configuration of Strategic Master Plan and its detailed actions for Supply Chain area. Set up of “Hansei” and “Roxim” activities. 

Directly responsible for more than 50 collaborators in the Supply Chain area (Planning, Purchase, Imports, Distribution Center, Facilities) handling EUR 70 MM per year. Established the Supply Chain department in Brazil, reporting directly to the Supply Chain vice president in France. Responsible for the Planning area, focused on demand. Outsourced the spare parts distribution center in Brazil, coordinating the supplier prospection, contract signature and implementation of the operation. Responsible for establishing partnerships and approving international suppliers. Managed and monitored productivity, efficiency and quality indexes of the Supply Chain area through KPIs, aiming at improving customer satisfaction. Managed the implementation of global norms and processes in Brazil in order to comply with internal Compliance requirements of the group. Managed the imports department, focusing on lead-time reduction projects. Managed meetings with the different departments of the company in order to implement initiatives focused on customer service and satisfaction.

 Implemented the Professional Service area with the products: Needs Assessment and Coordination of Electrical Installation Projects in Brazil in 2009 . Approved 70 new technical assistance venues in Brazil, reducing service cost of products within warranty by up to 50% . Managed the field service area for maintenance contracts with SLAs of 24 h for spare parts distribution and 7 x 24 for maintenance execution.

 Established the plants of APC (UPS) in Brazil, by transferring and adapting technologies, with investments above USD 20MM. .  Implemented quality systems and steered ISO 9000 certification auditing processes. Implemented internal Lean Manufacturing systems . Coordinated and monitored productivity, efficiency and quality of the plant through KPIs, aiming at obtaining improvements through Lean processes.

 Responsible for the electric engine production line.  Developed a plan for reducing power consumption, resulting in reductions of up to 40% in peak hours.  Implemented automated lines, reducing labor by 60%.  Reduced changeover time by 45% with the implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance system. Reduced direct labor cost by 19% by restructuring positions and responsibilities.
