eCOMET is a modular, web-based software application tool providing facility condition assessment and capital planning information. eCOMET is used to collect and record data about the current condition, adequacy, inventory, equipment, and energy usage of a building and is able to predict future conditions through life cycling. eCOMET is then used to help find and justify funding, develop construction plans, and execute building and equipment projects.Work with managers, project managers or other internal clients to analyze business system needs for an assigned small to medium-sized business application system or subsystem. Research business systems and industry requirements to recommend appropriate solutions for assigned small systems and subsystems; identifies the business implications of the recommended solutions and the potential effects of integrating and implementing them. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for the eCOMET application and user community.

Oversee implementations for both Fuel Center outsourced fuel management services and FMS fuel management software clients. Responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and quality. Implementations include guiding customer through the FuelQuest standard strategic fuel management consulting process, gathering customer data, configuring the software, enforcing the standard blueprint (while helping customer meet their unique needs), working with external resources on customized functionality, communicating interface design documents, converting data using standard routines, training, and supporting the customer through roll-out and in post-implementation support.

Managed a team of up to 12 Business Analysts and Software Developers to implement Energy Trading, Transaction and Risk Management (ETRM) Software for Natural Gas, Crude Oil and LNG clients. Each project was managed as a full lifecycle development project, typically lasting eight to twelve months, and including detailed Design specifications, project timelines and delivery dates, and Change Management processes. These are complex, high-visibility projects across multiple divisions of the client organization, with key targeted benefits.Planning, budgeting, tracking resource utilization, and reporting project statuses to both customers and Openlink management. Managing, evaluating, coaching and mentoring to train the project staff in data analysis, facilitation techniques, and project management; especially the successful completion of all assigned project objectives. Twenty-two month project, managing a team of 29 developers and QA personnel to develop the Rome Marketing Project, a large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System implementation for Clear Channel Communications. Worked with Business Representatives, Design Teams, and Technical Architects to develop business requirements, technical specifications, and highly detailed project plans to support this project. Full lifecycle development project of custom coded Microsoft .NET programs. Significant areas of activity were definition of requirements, architecture and various data exchange standards.
