As a career admission and enrollment professional I garnered experiences on four unique college campuses in higher education enrollment. Demonstrated accomplishments include; but not limited to, successful leadership; team building; development; problem solving; innovative thinking; budget management and goal achievement. Direct and transparent communication is the conduit between current situations and their windows of opportunities. I have worked collaboratively and successfully with members of the admission's office as well as campus community leadership-at-large. Drawing on the premise that "it takes a village" the true test of a successful, well-orchestrated, recruitment and retention strategy for universities and students begins with a campus-wide effort of like minded professionals.
