• Works collaboratively with Education, Regulatory, Technical Services, Legal and Risk Management, and the Renal Therapies Group to develop and implement clinical initiatives, support programs, policies, procedures and guidelines related to vascular access, product and equipment use in FMS clinics.• Provides education and training to clinical staff on new technologies.• Collaborates with Clinical Managers, Director of Operations, Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Education Managers, Regional Quality Manager, Regional Regulatory Manager, and Education Coordinators in the scheduling and implementation of training programs and processes. • Supports facility-specific, regional, and business unit quality goals and action plans, in order to achieve FMS quality standards.• Lead acquisition projects regarding training and transforming staff to the values and policies of the company.• Lead projects and initiatives such as Acute Kidney Injury education policy and Photo Identification policy for the Western New York region. • Lead the deployment of Crit-Line, fluid monitoring for patients, including planning, implementation, and education to all staff in the region.
