    To conclude my final year of the engineering cycle at ESTP in Paris, I chose to do my end-of-studies work in the VINCI Construction teams. I had the opportunity to join the building's envelope team on the Icone site, located at 32-34 Marbeuf, as part of the renovation of this building. The building had a glaring lack of connection with its surroundings, as well as places to live and socialise. With this in mind, the project architect, PCA STREAM, undertook to breathe new life into this architectural heritage, under the supervision of the client, Gecina, and the project manager, Arcadis.The aim of my study was therefore to highlight the strategies and resources deployed to ensure effective coordination during the execution of the work on the building's envelope , and the implementation of important planning to ensure both the quality of the work and safety on site, while meeting the deadlines imposed by the Olympic Games.
