Test method development encompasses literature search, feasibility assessment, optimization, and validation. Is accountable for all aspects of these tests, including GxP requirements.· Produces protocols, qualification and validation documents, test method SOPs/SWIs, and provides content to ensure analytical sections of regulatory submissions are clearly written and require minimal editing.· Designs and implements test method transfer protocols to receive and transfer and implement assays.· Performs routine and investigational laboratory testing for product characterization, release, and stability. Ensures that all tests, documentation and processes within area of responsibility meet relevant compliance standards.· Serves as member of project team working groups or subteams. Ensures that key information and issues are communicated within and between the platforms and stakeholder departments. · Manages and develops competencies of direct reports, where required. · Identifies, implements, and manages departmental quality and/or process excellence initiatives and activities.
