My duties;• I taught Basic Science and Physical & health education from primary 3-5, which helped me impact and emancipate knowledge. • I evaluated and analyzed pupil’s termly performance to enable me grade positions in the subject of discipline.• I assisted, managed logistics and procurement of school merchandise and stationeries at the request of relevant stake holders.• As the first Aid master; I offered help to the injured and sick to stabilize them until full treatment and real help arrives.• Pioneered the school interclass competition in quiz, debate and sporting activities.

My duties;• I collected, analyzed data and reported developed templates on a regular basis which helped evaluation, which I then wrote monitoring reports and success stories on project interventions to M&E Officer and relevant stakeholders.• Planned and conducted regular site visits to objectively observe the status of project implementation and management using the developed program supervisory and monitoring checklist.• I and the team designed and conducted case studies in collaboration with the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for projects implemented.
