In the absence of the Technical Services Manager, assume the senior contract role. Preparation and Conduct motivation training for our Mechanical Department Staff such as Customer Care, HVAC system, Electrical and Lighting system, Fire fighting system, Network Cold and Hot water system, District Cooling System. Attend ON CALL service for piping network water such as fire fighting internal and external system, Potable water system, Irrigation water system, Hot water system. Chilled water system. Pumps, HVAC system and others machinery. Ensuring that the night shift runs smoothly and efficiently as possible and Coordinates with senior Management in case of any issue at the night. Inspection of the PNUW Utilities plants and infrastructure area at frequent intervals and Problem identification and solving to maintain continuity of services in the absence of regular work force. Responsible for handling any incident during the night and Prepared detailed Daily report and Incident report (if any) and email to the concerned senior management. Ensuring that all the utilities plant area's are properly maintained and Informing the Mechanical/Electrical/Civil departments heads to resolve the any issue which are noticed in the night shift.
