I am a computer engineer from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, after my graduation, I completed my internship at the Marketing Division and Billing then IT Division at Vodacom Congo; and actually involving with MC Telecom in different aspects of BTS.Responsible of the onsite operations by monitoring the set up of Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) with technicians and collecting their feedbacks in terms of Modem, BlockUp Converter (BUC), low noise block downconverter (LNB). By the end, fill the Acceptance Test Procedure Form then keep aware the Supervisor of Network Operating Control (NOC) who is based remotely to activate the site.
