Process: ETD Reconciliation  Performed Trade recon, Margin call movements, Cash recon for Global Asset Management client  Liaise up with broker, Custodian bank, Treasury team to ensure all deliverable are performed accurately and on a timely manner  Timely escalation of critical issue with clients, broker and custodians  Responsible for imparting knowledge to new on-boarding staff regarding the process and updates  Preparing SOP in coordination with Client as per new updates and circulating it to the team  Prepare monthly KPI reports  Team performance feedback monthly and half yearly  Set up weekly client call and prepare minutes of the meeting  Prepare training and cross training plan for the team  Managed team of 09 members

Process: Collateral Management - Document Risk Review  Reviewing OTC Derivative Agreements such as ISDA/CSA, meaningfully extracting material clauses/parameters from the agreements and indexing them in the relevant systems  Run pilot project for the Client - create data model and send manager approved delta fields to Client for feedback  Prepare rule book for approved fields and educate execution team for data processing  Handle the reconciliation of ISDA MA, CSA and other derivative documents by comparing tool data (eClerx’s processed data) with Client provided system extracts Process: KYC – Personal & Commercial Banking Due Diligence  Prepare KYC Due Diligence checklists on a wide range of entity types (LLC's, Partnerships, and Corporations)  Conduct periodic reviews on Moderate-risk and High-risk existing entities to ensure the information of the entities are kept updated in the system  Perform Due diligence on the entities and the connected parties by using various reliable sources such as (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, SOS) in accordance with CIP (Client Identification Program)  Conduct research on identifying and verifying the ultimate beneficial owners of the entity  Liaise with the Relationship Managers for any required information and take necessary approvals to ensure completeness of KYC Checklist Process: Portfolio Reconciliation  Reconciliation of settled trades for Total return swap cash flow administration

Handle American Express corporate accounts, perform due diligence, Financial risk analysis

Handle Personal and Commercial insurance customer service, documentation, claims processing, query resolution, renewal and Risk analysis
