Provide mentoring/consulting for those starting a business from start up through Incubation. I work with entrepreneurs to mentor through startup and business incubation to assist leaders in achieving their goals. They have to do the hard work. I have an earned master’s degree in chemical engineering and led research and development departments of a large multinational company. Years ago, I completed a curriculum with the Creative Problem Solving Institute and have worked with the International Association of Business Incubators. I have been a successful in starting non-profit organizations and turning around troubled enterprises. I have been in 45 countries working with nationals and all 50 US states. I am a person of faith.

Studied Creative Problem Solving and used that to mentor businesses in Nigeria, Ghana and Rwanda. I also am engaged with a leader in India. One example is AGSVL in Nigeria. Another is to develop a complete business sensitivity model to show the impact on profitability for each of about 20 inputs to produce an essential oil.

MissionNext / Finishers Project provides information, challenge and pathways for people to move from marketplace or their current place into missions or ministry positions. Services include a match-dot-com type of web-matching between people willing to serve and organizations having service opportunities--short-term, long term, home and abroad. I now serve to support the technical effort and as Board Member.

Service on the Brookfield WPCA is an appointed volunteer position. Each year a Chairman is appointed by the sitting commissioners. I have been Chairman since 2009. This is a stand-alone public utility that is run using Enterprise Fund accounting in the Town of Brookfield, CT. In 2020 directed the completion of a scientific study on the impact of septic flow on the largest lake in CT, Candlewood Lake. See www.brookfieldwpca.com

Conducted and directed research and commercial development for several departments. Some of the work included working with universities and integrating sponsored findings into product development. Also chaired the corporate Environmental Affairs Committee for several years during the formative stages. My expertise was in improving or developing new products. I retired voluntarily to pursue my current non-profit work to place people with organizations that serve the nations.
