Includes direct oversight of 10 safety professionals and others in multiple states. Work in electrical stations and transmission projects. Have completed green field projects for 345 kV exceeding one hundred miles. Converting lines from 138 to 230 including new towers and conductor. Rebuild live stations and build new stations. Provide off site safety support to remote project managers on small projects. Develop safety plans, JHA's, training programs. Develop and deliver training on new corporate initiatives and regulatory requirements such as the update to Subpart V and Subpart AA in OSHA 1926. Participate in the bidding process for new projects. Meet with client representatives to determine needs of the customer and meet or exceed those needs. Purchase safety equipment and gear while keeping the needs of the project high and the costs low.

Responsible for managing all Safety and Quality training for the Mortenson Renewable Energy Group.
