• Translate the demand creation strategy into actual action• Support community resources in their day-to day demand creation activities• Ensure community resources has adequate supplies to support them in demand creation activities• Establish dedicated demand generation resources per outreach site targeting the different target groups• Train identified community resources on how to generate demand for different services offered through outreach services.• Develop monthly demand creation calendar and share with supervisors, community resource and district partners.• Supervise the community resource with frequent meeting update, quality assessment and conduct mentorship to address identified gaps• Work with N’zatonse and other community and district partners to coordinate communication and demand creation activities • Provide regural feedback to the District Coordinator on effectiveness of strategies and tools with clear proposals on what needs to be changed.• Assist in understanding and analyzing clients dynamic and needs to better target service delivery• Working with community structures to support demand creation activities in the community• Provide weekly and monthly reports to Demand Creation Coordinator on all activities conducted with special focus on what works and impact of activities• Coordinate activities with the Team Leader and ensure all clients mobilized are served in a right manner in a conducive environment• Identify success stories and Lesson learned and communicate to District Coordinator for documentation• Supervise community mobilizers/CBDA’s for quality and adherence to applicable policies and standards (MOH and Informed choice)
